"Function" Small Groups are designed to "get the job done!" Whether it is a team of Ushers and Greeters, a group of people working on the church lawn, or a sound and light crew to help our services, the "Function" groups are behind most of what you see taking place at King's Way -- and much that you don't see! In fact, the Children's Ministry is actually a "Function" group -- a team of workers who come together to minister to the kids that come to King's Way. The same is true of our Creative Arts team, the Youth ministry team, and a host of others who simply find the "Function" groups a wonderful way to live out their faith in a way that helps others. There has been much discussion in recent times of a "Purpose-driven Life". Function small groups help you to live that purpose with others who share your calling and celebrate your gifts and abilities that God has given to accomplish His purposes in you and through you! |
